We are thrilled to have been selected to present our poster at Bio-IT World 2026. This poster highlights how advanced computational approaches can overcome key technical limitations in single-cell RNA-sequencing data to uncover rare, clinically significant cell populations.
In collaboration withTFC Therapeutics, Bridge Informatics developed a novel imputation-based workflow to identify tumor-macrophage hybrid (TMH) cells across colorectal cancer datasets, revealing transcriptional programs associated with metastasis and invasion. This work demonstrates the power of combining innovative bioinformatics with translational oncology research to better understand mechanisms of cancer progression.
