The first poster, developed in collaboration with Marengo Therapeutics, showcases how advanced bioinformatics approaches can uncover public T-cell receptors from single-cell datasets—an important step toward developing universal immunotherapies.
The second poster, created in partnership with Akero Therapeutics, details a next-generation bioinformatics pipeline designed to streamline variant detection from whole-genome and whole-exome sequencing data. By integrating workflow automation, containerization, and cloud scalability, this solution enables researchers—including those without deep bioinformatics expertise—to process large-scale sequencing data quickly and reproducibly.[1]
Both posters will be available for viewing in the poster presentation area, and attendees can visit booth #20 to meet the Bridge Informatics team.
